Maundy Thursday: My Close Friend

The Crucifixion
Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528) dramatically shows that the blood Christ shed on the cross and its saving benefits are given us in the Sacrament of the Altar. Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins.
